Shift Details:
Nightshift - 11:15 PM – 7:15 AM
5 (8-hour) shifts a week and every other weekend including holidays.
Behavioral Health Assistant Duties & Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities and provide support for their behavioral and emotional needs.
Monitor patient behavior and report concerns or changes to the healthcare team.
Help implement care plans and encourage participation in therapeutic activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.
Document patient observations and activities as required.
Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted SC license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a BHA
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,.)
