Description

Bridgewater Banquet Center is looking to add talented Servers to our crew! This job will require someone who can work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment; someone willing and able to make every guest feel like the center of our world. This position is for someone who enjoys people, and takes pride in making every guests special event really feel special.

The ideal candidate is able to work mornings or nights, great at communicating, detail-oriented, physically fit, looking for a work environment with flexible hours, polite, and great with people. The Servers are one of the most important members of our event hosting process; without you no food would be served and events would feel bland! Our goal, as always, is to make the event go smoothly, and make every guest feel like they're the most important person in the world during their event!

Responsibilities

• Serve food & drinks to guests during events
• Be available to address guest concerns & clean up any spills or messes
• Assist with setup & teardown of event spaces based on bookings
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 30lbs
• Sign up for open event shifts online regularly
• Organization & cleanup as requested by management

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift up to 30lbs
• Ability to work in a busy environment, handle multiple tasks, and identify work priorities
• Able to sign up for open shifts regularly instead of having set hours
• Positive can-do attitude
• Neat, clean, professional appearance
• Effective listening skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
