Description of Job
Job Summary:
The Director of Construction Project Management is responsible for leading the project management team in delivering construction project management services including project development, project design, project oversight, partnering with procurement to establish contracts and following State of Colorado processes related to construction projects. The Project Management team provides project management services to the Auraria Campus including the three academic institutions that share the Auraria Campus (the Community College of Denver, the Metropolitan State University of Denver, and the University of Colorado Denver) and the Auraria Higher Education Center that operates the campus.
