You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.General ResponsibilitiesOversee Drive Lane Flow: Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.Advise Customers: Recommend necessary services for routine maintenance and explain the work performed, including repair order charges.Communication: Check on repair progress throughout the day, contact customers regarding any changes in estimate or time, and obtain proper authorization for additional repairs.Customer Ownership: Take ownership of the customer experience, handling additional tasks to leave a positive impression.Technician Time Management: Ensure that technicians' time is consistently utilized to serve service customers.Work Distribution: Efficiently distribute work among technicians to ensure smooth service operations.Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.RequirementsOrganized and friendly personality with strong time management skills.Excellent communication skills with a professional, well-groomed appearance.Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years, with a clean driving record.Previous service advisor experience required; CDK experience preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
