    Job Details Location: Lexington, Kentucky (Mist Lake Plaza). Hourly: $12.65. Title: Assistant Manager. Department: Operations. FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt. Reports To: Store Manager.Summary Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting and consulting the Store Manager regarding overall operations and administrative duties, including determining methods and approaches necessary to accomplish store goals. They are knowledgeable in each product area, uphold policies, procedures, and standards, and are passionate about outstanding customer service and promoting merchandise.
