We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager who leads by example and enjoys coaching teams to perform at their best.Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop team members, maintain compliance, and create an outstanding customer experience. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the floor while helping build a high-performing retail team.Responsibilities Assist with daily store operationsCoach and develop budtendersHelp achieve sales and performance goalsSupport inventory management and product merchandisingEnsure compliance with all Colorado cannabis regulationsAssist with scheduling and labor managementOpen and close the store as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environmentQualifications 2+ years of retail leadership experiencePrevious supervisory or assistant management experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with inventory management is a plusCannabis industry experience is preferred but not requiredMust be at least 21 years old and able to obtain all required Colorado cannabis occupational licensesPerformance bonus opportunitiesPaid time offOngoing training and leadership developmentWhy Join Us?
