Assistant Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified) - Property ManagementLocation: Dallas, TX 75223Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Pay: $20/hourWe are seeking a dependable Assistant Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified) to join a busy apartment community. This position is ideal for someone with apartment maintenance experience who can assist with daily work orders, make readies, and general property upkeep.Responsibilities:* Complete routine maintenance work orders.* Assist with make-ready units.* Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.* Help maintain the grounds and common areas.* Complete preventive maintenance tasks.* Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.* Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.Qualifications:* Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.* Ability to perform basic maintenance repairs.* Experience with appliances is a plus.* Reliable transportation and strong attendance.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors.* HVAC certification is not required.BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
