As our Roxboro operation continues to grow, we are looking for Assembly Area Leaders who are ready to take the next step in their leadership careers.
The Assembly Area Leader serves as a hands-on leader within an assigned production area. This position supports the Supervisor, guides employees through daily priorities, and helps the team meet safety, quality, and production goals.
As an Assembly Area Leader, you will work closely with employees on the production floor. You will help organize the work, answer questions, reinforce expectations, train employees, and respond when something is keeping the team from being successful. You will be a visible leader who earns trust by being consistent, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work alongside the team.
You have manufacturing or production experience and understand the importance of safety, quality, teamwork, and meeting daily goals. Other employees already look to you for help, guidance, or answers. You enjoy training others, solving problems, and helping the team stay organized. You are ready to take on more responsibility and continue developing your leadership skills.

Formal supervisory experience is not required. This opportunity is ideal for employees who have shown leadership potential and are ready for greater responsibility.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
This leadership role requires flexibility beyond scheduled shift hours. Managers are expected to support shift startup activities, shift handoffs, leadership communication, employee needs, and changing operational priorities.
Overtime is an expected part of this role, including current Saturday production schedules.
