This position is responsible for planning, tracking, and executing solicitation strategies for all unrestricted donor households to the Museum, including donors under major gift management, Trustees, Women's Board members, and Founders' Council and Discovery Circle members.
This role works alongside the Individual Giving and Major Gifts team to support fundraising strategies. The Annual Giving Manager is responsible for executing acquisition and renewal campaigns, creating customized proposals and donor communications, analyzing individual giving performance, and supporting the donor experience. This includes managing solicitation calendars, coordinating segmented appeals, and appeals analysis (with careful attention to donor retention, upgrades, and stewardship). This position requires exceptional project management skills, comfort working in collaboration and being accountable to multiple projects and peers, and a strong ability to manage and organize data for solicitations, measuring results and informing decisions. The Annual Giving Manager reports to the Founders' Council Senior Manager.
