The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: Evidence Storage Systems Procurement and Facility Relocation. The selected firm will provide the personnel, delivery capacity, compliance evidence, and commercial proposal needed for the work package described below.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan the firm’s agreed workshare for evidence shelving procurement, removal, transport and reinstallation at the new storage facility.
• Coordinate the personnel and delivery sequence for evidence shelving procurement, removal, transport and reinstallation at the new storage facility.

Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Provide your firm's legal name, authorized representative, capability statement, comparable project references, and proposed delivery team.

• Provide applicable client-required licenses, certifications, insurance, security, and compliance evidence; identify any pending requirements.
• Submit an itemized quote with currency, pricing basis (hourly, fixed fee, or milestone), assumptions, expenses, taxes, and support terms.
