The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified consultant for an upcoming project: Campus-Wide Beverage Vending and Pouring Rights. The selected consultant will provide the personnel, delivery capacity, compliance evidence, and commercial proposal needed for the work package described below.

Core Responsibilities

• Document the client’s requirements for campus beverage supply, vending operations, pouring rights and sponsorship reporting.
• Map the steps, handoffs and exceptions in UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services.
• Identify the records and information exchanged by UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services.
• Document the changes users need in UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services.
• Separate essential requirements from optional improvements to UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services.
• Write user scenarios for the proposed UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services changes.
• Define acceptance criteria for each UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services scenario.
• Review proposed UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services workflows with the affected users.
• Resolve conflicting or incomplete UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services requirements.
• Update the requirements record when an approved UNC Charlotte campus beverage, vending and pouring-rights services decision changes the workflow.

Consultant Qualifications & Client Compliance

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.
