We are seeking an email campaign specialist with hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to build, test, schedule, and deploy omni-channel marketing campaigns. This role will support email, push notification, and SMS initiatives by translating marketing requirements into production-ready campaigns while ensuring accuracy, personalization, audience targeting, and a seamless customer experience.
Configure personalization, dynamic content, and audience segmentation.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing automation, campaign operations, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Experience building and deploying email, SMS, and push notification campaigns
Strong QA and attention-to-detail skills
Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and customer journey workflows
Basic HTML/CSS experience for email editing and troubleshooting Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and customer journey orchestration
Experience working in enterprise marketing environments
