Now Hiring a Handbag Designer, AI Design & Development to help shape the future of handbag creation.

This associate-to-mid-level opportunity combines creative freedom, emerging technology, and real-world product development. You'll experiment with AI-assisted design while applying the craftsmanship and technical expertise needed to turn compelling ideas into production-ready handbags.

IN OFFICE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create commercially relevant handbag designs with a strong fashion perspective.
Explore generative AI tools to accelerate concept development and creative experimentation.
Develop design specifications, CADs, and technical packages.
Refine materials, hardware, silhouettes, and construction details.
Collaborate with development teams and manufacturing partners to improve samples.
Help identify practical ways AI can enhance the accessories design process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

2+ years of handbag design experience, or comparable demonstrated design and development expertise.
Strong understanding of handbag construction, materials, and technical development, including tech packs and design software.
Hands-on experience using generative AI in a creative design process.
Experience working with factories, reviewing samples, or navigating production considerations is valuable.
Familiarity with Raspberry AI, Vizcom, or 3D design tools.
