Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedule planning, budget planning, vendor management, and resource planning.
- Manage program reporting, dashboards, presentations, and program health communications.
- Oversee change control, risk management, onboarding, governance, and executive engagements.
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Communicate complex risk scenarios and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Experience in ERP software projects or other large technology delivery programs.
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management methodologies, including Agile and waterfall.
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams.
- Ability to work within a regulatory environment.
- Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
- 6 years of project management experience.
Preferences
- Experience with a large ERP project implementation (e.g., S/4 HANA).
- Project management tool experience with Atlassian Jira for deliverable tracking.
