Job Summary

As an Operations Specialist, you will translate complex procedures into user-friendly documentation and collaborate with various teams to support PG&E's fire prevention standards. Your role will involve developing presentations, managing program data, and supporting field inquiries. You'll also assist in process improvements and lead key department initiatives.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage communications and coordinate events
• Develop internal work procedures and initiate process improvements
• Act as a liaison between departments and cross-functional teams
• Conduct research and data analysis for upper management reports
• Develop and manage trainings to enhance knowledge and job skills
• Participate in cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Valid CA driver's license

Preferences

• Experience with SharePoint and Power BI
• Public speaking and presentation abilities
• Experience in document editing and lifecycle management

Working Conditions: This is a hybrid role with some work performed in PG&E office settings and occasional travel within the service territory, approximately 10% of the time.
