Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (engineering, business, accounting).
• Minimum of nine years of experience in a client-oriented business consulting or professional services role, specifically related to business transformation or Portfolio, Project, or Program Management (PPM) consulting.
• Proven experience in business development, process mapping, re-engineering, and implementing efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and programs to successful completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferences:

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• PMP certification.
