Responsibilities:
- Create, configure, and maintain displays for end users, ensuring alignment with EMS models and field conditions.
- Manage displays for all EMS and Training Simulator applications.
- Provide hardware and technology support for end users.
- Offer backup support to maintain Operating diagrams.
- Support EMS team initiatives and project requirements as directed by EMS Leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors as directed by EMS Leadership.
- Participate in weekly team calls to plan work and resolve issues.
- Engage in SCADA modeling, troubleshooting, and communications.
- Perform UI changes to support SCADA point-to-point testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 years of experience working with computer or information systems.
- 0-1 years of experience supporting testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, SCADA front ends, and supporting applications.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Professional Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Visio).
- Personal cellphone, supplier-provided dual monitors, docking station, mouse, and keyboard required.
