Key Responsibilities

- Develop new reports and perform custom/ad-hoc reporting independently, presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Conduct basic research internally and externally, and communicate with peers to exchange ideas and gather information.
- Participate in project teams to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar software.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Adaptability to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
- Strong presentation skills.
Preferences
- Knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, and tactics.
- Understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling.
- Advanced skills in information analysis, metrics, and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency in market research, consulting skills, and project management skills.
- General understanding of operational monitoring and analysis, advocacy and persuasion, and presentation skills.
