    Note: We are also looking trainer in the following departments: Aerospace Assembler Trainer, Electrician Trainer, Mechanical Trainer, Quality Inspection Trainer and Manufacturing Engineering Trainer.

    Job Detail

    Content Development: Create and update educational materials; prepare exam subjects and practical evaluations in consultation with the lead trainer.

    Trainee Monitoring: Evaluate and grade performance, support internship placements, conduct exam simulations, and maintain regular progress reviews.

    Safety Compliance: Organize workstations, enforce safety regulations, and report incidents.

    Administrative Management: Track evaluations, manage attendance, and document training activities.

    Functional Management: Ensure equipment maintenance, manage inventory, and report shortages.

    Participative Management and Communication: Participate in meetings and trade shows as needed.

    Profile, Experience, Training

    • Background in aeronautical technical training (certificate/diploma preferred) with 5+ years of experience (or 15+ years without certification).
    • Strong teaching and mentoring skills; adaptable to trainee needs.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and engage trainees.
    • Familiarity with the aeronautical environment, technical English, and industry safety standards.
