You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.Your career here goes beyond a job – it is a pathway to opportunity with hands‑on training, a supportive environment, and a safety‑first culture that empowers you to do what you do best.Benefits Weekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life)401(k) with Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and moreWhat You'll Do Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators.Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly on the job.Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.Safely use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws.Provide guidance and support to others as needed.Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.Perform other duties as assigned.What You'll Need Be at least 18 years old.Authorization to work in the United States for this company.High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.Valid state driver's license (cannot be provisional) with an acceptable driving record.Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam resulting in a valid medical card.At least 3 years of related work experience.Be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified.CDL class “A” driver license is preferred.Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicles and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.Occasionally use keyboard and mouse.Equal Employment Opportunity Building stronger solutions together.
