Job Summary
Our client, a leading media and entertainment company, is seeking an Advertising Account Manager to support local advertising sales operations from booking through invoicing. This role will be responsible for managing advertising orders, maintaining client accounts,coordinating campaign execution, and partnering with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate has experience supporting local linear television advertising, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has exceptional attention to detail.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days/week onsite)
Core Responsibilities
  • Support local multimedia advertising campaigns from pre-sale through post-sale across linear, addressable, programmatic, and self-service advertising
  • Manage assigned advertising accounts by processing orders, revisions, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Execute advertising order entry while ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Monitor campaign delivery, coordinate makegoods, spot replacements, and order revisions as needed
  • Partner with traffic teams to resolve commercial placement discrepancies and ensure campaigns run as scheduled
  • Work closely with finance to support billing activities and invoice accuracy
  • Generate and distribute campaign reports, including pre-logs, post logs, and posting reports
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to support campaign execution and reporting needs
  • Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining organized and accurate records
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting local linear television advertising or media sales operations
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns from booking through post-sale support
  • Strong data entry, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, traffic, and finance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience using WideOrbit for advertising order management, trafficking, or revenue recognition
  • Background supporting local television stations, cable providers, or national broadcast networks
  • Experience with campaign reporting, reconciliation, and advertising order revisions
  • Familiarity with political advertising workflows or high-volume advertising periods
  • Experience working in media, advertising, or broadcast operations

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $30 and $35/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
