SUMMARY:
The Administrative and Documentation Specialist provides administrative and documentation support to a Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor team, collecting and arranging information used to formulate complex reports and presentations, maintaining organized filing and document control systems, and managing multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines. This role prefers an Associate''s Degree in a business related field, along with three (3) years of general experience in the collection and arrangement of information used to formulate complex reports, presentations, and similar documentation, and one (1) year of experience providing support for a Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor; strong organizational skills, time management, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. This position requires a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
