Express Professionals is looking for Administrative and Accounting Manager in Solon
Administrative and Accounting Manager : $24+
Administrative and Accounting Manage Job Duties:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the company database.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, tracking shipments, and resolving issues quickly
Create and send customer invoices, ensuring perfect alignment with orders and contracts.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP): review vendor bills for accuracy and process timely payments.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): track incoming payments, apply cash receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in office administration, customer support, and accounting (AP/AR).
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
