    Account Manager

    Hansen Talent Group is hiring an Account Manager to support a financial services organization in Columbia SC. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employers, managing day-to-day retirement plan administration and ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations.You'll provide guidance on contributions, distributions, and plan operations while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

    What You'll Do

    What You'll Need

    • Experience in retirement plan administration or related financial services • Understanding of ERISA plans (401(k), 403(b), etc.) • Experience reviewing financial reports and supporting Form 5500 processes • Strong communication and customer service skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Adobe) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines #IND1
