Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Work Setting: Onsite Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive machine and process operations according to established procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including packers, palletizers, forklifts, mixers, pellet mills, and other assigned machinery.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Make adjustments to processes or machinery as directed.
• Record and report production numbers accurately.
• Monitor production processes and identify potential issues or irregularities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and comply with required PPE guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent education or experience may be considered.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding production tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, including short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to understand, record, and communicate detailed information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Excellent punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all safety guidelines.
