Position: Healthcare Customer Support

Equipment Provided!

Pay: $16/hr. (Weekly Pay & Benefits!)

Projected Start Date: November 16th, 2026

Shift availability: Must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between the hours of operation: Mon–Sat, 8 AM–10PM (No exceptions)

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

·      Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.

·      Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

·      Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including fax and mail.

·      Contact customers to obtain additional information as needed.

·      Perform data entry and routine administrative support tasks.

·      Support patient care programs by following established procedures and guidelines.

·      Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting program requirements.

1+ year of RECENT, Call Center Customer Service experience in a high-volume setting.
