Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–10 PM EST. You must be available for any 8-hour shift within this window, including Saturdays.

What You’ll Do

You'll assist patients and healthcare providers by handling high-volume inbound calls, providing application information and status updates, completing follow-ups, navigating multiple systems, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of RECENT call center customer service experience is REQUIRED. No exceptions.

You’ll also need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Computer, typing, and data-entry proficiency
• Ability to work across multiple systems and dual monitors
• Quiet home workspace
• High-speed internet and modem access
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet required KPIs

Healthcare experience is helpful, but not required.
