Position Overview

The Supply Chain Control Tower Engineer runs supplier control towers that keep manufacturing facilities running and customers satisfied. Working closely with buyers, suppliers, LPAs, and a team of Control Tower leads, this role coordinates supplier performance, maintains coverage files, and builds the tracking tools that give the business clear visibility into supply status.

Key Responsibilities

•          Lead control tower meetings with LPAs and suppliersCreate and maintain coverage files, working alongside an experienced coverage file expert
•          Develop tracking tools to monitor and report supplier performanceOccasional visits to local supplier sites, where PPE may be required

  Requirements

  Required Qualifications

•          Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 0–2 years of experience will also be considered OR
•          Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience Strong attention to detail
•          Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulasExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
•          Conflict resolution skills

  Preferred Qualifications

  Background as an LPA, Supplier Development Engineer (SDE), or BuyerPower BI experience
