Job Description

We have partnered with a leading health insurance organization to recruit a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare storefront in New Hartford, NY (on-site). This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment where you will assist customers with healthcare and insurance-related needs. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Welcome and check in customers for sales and customer care appointments while providing a friendly, professional first impression.
• Front Desk Support: Answer and direct phone calls, manage walk-ins and enter basic customer demographic information accurately.
• Administrative & Office Operations: Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Salesforce while maintaining the lobby and office supplies.

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Duration: Temp Indefinite - asking for a commitment through October 2027

Pay: $19.50/hour

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within a healthcare or insurance-related setting.
• Prior administrative or front desk experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
