We are seeking a Contract Project Manager to lead the fast paced construction and deployment of temporary and modular structures. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecyclefrom planning and scheduling through installationwhile coordinating contractors, managing vendors, and tracking key milestones to ensure timely delivery. Youll be responsible for aligning construction activities with design requirements, identifying opportunities to accelerate timelines across procurement and build phases, and maintaining visibility into project status, risks, and resource needs.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining control over budget, scope, and safety compliance. Youll work closely with stakeholders to resolve challenges, manage change orders, and ensure all work meets applicable standards and expectations. Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills are essential, especially in high tempo environments where priorities can shift quickly. Experience with temporary or modular construction and rapid deployment projects is a strong plus.
Compensation: $72/hr.
