Talent Network: New Design Option Gives Career Site Customers More Flexibility

CareerBuilder is giving Talent Network customers* a new design option that is fully mobile responsive and delivers additional branding capabilities.

The new design option, Bravo, provides a wider selection of colors, a moveable search bar on the homepage and changes the URL in a browser to feature your company name first.

We have also made several improvements to the candidate experience, so more job seekers will stay engaged on your career site.

For example, candidates will have the ability to filter job listings by location once they have entered the “Featured Careers” section in the Bravo design. And, if a job seeker decides only to join your talent network, they will now be served job recommendations that match their preferences from your career site.

By making Talent Network career sites fully mobile responsive, and organized for today’s job seeker, we continue to improve the product in order to increase candidate engagement with your organization.
