Under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Director of Medical/Surgical/ PCU has 24-hour responsibility to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of Nursing Care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult & geriatric patients. Assumes responsibility for safety, infection control, and performance improvement as part of RMCHCS efforts to provide quality care and services and will perform all duties and tasks focused on that responsibility.
