The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with a background in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing that has managed  manufacturing tech transfer and site rollout initiatives.</em></div><div><em> </em></div><div><em>This role is focused on program execution and operational coordination, not IT implementation.</em></div><div><em> </em></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul><li>Manage the projects within manufacturing tech transfer and site transformation initiatives</li><li>Manage integrated timelines across multiple workstreams</li><li>Project status and communications with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams</li><li>Drive operational adoption and cross-site alignment</li><li>Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>What I'm Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)</li><li>8–12 years of Project Management experience</li><li>Pharma or GMP-regulated manufacturing background</li><li>Experience leading manufacturing rollouts or tech transfer programs</li><li>Multi-site program management experience</li><li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong><em>This is an execution-focused role for a strong manufacturing PM — not an ERP or IT deployment position.</em></strong></div><div> </div><div><strong>About us…Sterling Engineering,</strong> in business for 56 years …we offer FULL BENEFITS!
