This includes, obtaining capillary, venous, and arterial blood specimens; performing all clinical chemistry, hematology, serologic, transfusion services, microbiology, urinalysis, coagulation and other body fluid testing (based on their departmental training); evaluating the validity of results, and reporting/maintaining necessary records. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization.
