p>The Senior Performance Improvement (PI) Specialist is a full-time exempt position that reports to the Performance Improvement Manager and is responsible for implementing performance improvement programs, which may include Correction Action Process (CAP), Self-Assessment, Benchmarking, Operating Experience, Performance Gap Analysis, Trending, Root Cause Analysis, Cause Investigations, and any other duties as assigned by the Performance Improvement Manager.
