The Program Manager directs the ongoing operation of behavioral health care services in assigned area, which includes but is not limited to providing clinical and administrative supervision to staff, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of administrative operations, facilitating and enhancing collaborative relations of all levels of care operating in the assigned geographic region, and scheduling staff coverage to ensure 24 hour service availability. The employee will be working in a clinical office environment and will provide outreach to community settings as needed, which could include client homes, hospitals, medical facilities, schools, jails, community organizations, etc.
