The Student Affinity Coordinators support designated Program Leads or Directors and their respective student demographic, manage their respective affinity space (if applicable), celebrate culture and heritage, promote identity development, raise awareness, and build community by planning and hosting events supporting students from traditionally underserved populations, and collaborating with other affinity coordinators, all while upholding the College's mission and values. Rooted in our core values of community, belonging, advocacy, and intersectionality - we provide culturally responsive services, resources, and programming that empower historically underrepresented students to explore their identities, develop their self-efficacy, and achieve their goals.
