We also host regular employee engagement activities to foster a sense of community and collaboration among our team members.SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full cycle accounts payable process.  You will work with a dedicated accounting group while supporting the overall goals and objectives of the business. DESCRIPTION:<ul><li>Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.</li><li>Responsible for the AP process for multiple sites within the TSS organization.</li><li>Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or pricing.</li><li>Sort, code & match invoices. Enter and upload invoices into MRP system.</li><li>Process expense reports.</li><li>Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments & check runs.</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable transactions.</li><li>Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.</li><li>Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.</li><li>Maintain vendor files, handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.</li><li>Produce monthly reports as requested.</li><li>Assist with month end closing.</li><li>Provide supporting documentation for audits and maintain accurate historical records.</li></ul> REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Associates or Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance concentration.</li><li>Knowledge of SAGE, E2 and Dynamics AX a plus.</li><li>2-4 years’ experience in an accounting role within a manufacturing group.</li><li>Technically proficient with excellent MS Office skills and exposure to Accounting systems.</li><li>Knowledge of general accounting principles Accounts Payable in particular.</li><li>A team-oriented individual who is self-directed & driven who can also support team projects in a positive manner without hesitation.</li><li>Professional integrity, good judgement skills, positive vendor relationship skills and ability to balance workload and meet deadlines.</li></ul> About HEICO:Heico has a history of success.
