p>Education and/or experience: Minimum education of Bachelors of Science Degree: Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in trailer, heavy equipment, or OEM transportation industry Demonstrated efficiency in computer software including Siemens NX, ANSYS, Microsoft Office, Epicor ERP or similar system experience. Major responsibility for the Product Design Engineer will be analyzing, modeling, and drafting new components utilizing the engineering CAE suite (Siemens NX and ANSYS) from start to finish in conjunction with building and testing physical samples.
