WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
<ul><li>Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.</li><li>Promotes events and programs.</li><li>Provides personalized service and uses guest name.</li><li>Resolves service problems according to guidelines.</li><li>Providing fast (20 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to guests; carries full trays on every round.</li><li>Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicates with beverage servers, and presents drinks to guests or servers as required.</li><li>Taking drink orders, communicating with bartender, assisting in the preparation of drinks and presenting drinks to guests.</li><li>Providing service of complimentary beverages including soda, coffee and water.</li><li>Handling money according to procedure.</li><li>Operating a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest the correct change; accounting for all cash and charge sales according to established procedures; maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.</li><li>Maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Knowing and promoting current events and programs and can give guests directions to all area.</li><li>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and team members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
