Bridgeway Community Health is currently seeking qualifiedRecovery Mentorto join our growing Outpatient treatment team! Come join our elite team of professionals who all have a passion to see lives changed and relationships restored!<hr/>Position PurposeThe Recovery Mentor position partners with a counselor and supports our treatment programs at Bridgeway Community Health. The person in this position will be the first point of contact with all incoming clients and focus on developing supportive relationships with potential and current clients. The mentor will help potential clients enroll in services and connect them to a primary counselor. Advocacy and community education are other aspects of this role, including providing information and resources to community organizations around addiction and referral to services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li style="line-height:normal">Transports and escorts clients to various appointments related to treatment using personal or company vehicles.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Demonstrates through role-modeling and recovery practices, including pro-social thinking and behavior.
