This position serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, IT, and external system providers to ensure data integrity, system functionality, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency across all HR programs, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management and learning systems. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience, including system administration.
