Overview: The Specialty Pharmacy Team Leader serving in a clinical capacity shall be responsible for maintaining a clinical practice and the supervisory oversight of pharmacy staff, processes and clinical programs to assure successful execution of all activities related to the pharmacy department. Assists the Pharmacy Department Managers and Director in implementing revisions to the pharmacist and technician staffing schedules/grids to adjust for census, workload, and to achieve departmental goals and strategic objectives outlined in the RMC Operations/Clinical Action Plan.
