Production Supervisor  
Bring your experience working in a warehouse as a Production Supervisor for an outstanding facility in Chico, CA. Job Duties:<ul><li>Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
	</li><li>Coordinate and monitor assembly line operations to maximize efficiency and meet production targets.
	</li><li>Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance work environment.
	</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to facilitate material handling, assembly, and equipment setup as needed.
	</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards.
	</li><li>Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
	</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials for production.
</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Forklift Certified 
	</li><li>Managerial experience is required 
	</li><li>Previous production/food manufacturing experience is highly preferred 
	</li><li>Mechanical skills & knowledge preferred 
	</li><li>Must have effective written & verbal communication skills 
	</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)
