p>How you would contribute to the role: In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative support across multiple programs, initiatives, and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and high-quality execution across Trout Lake Farm operations. You will serve as a primary support partner across these locations, supporting approximately 100 to 150 employees during the agricultural season (April through October), including seasonal workforce, and primarily supporting full-time employees during the off-season.
