Coverage Needed: <ul><li> Start Date: As soon as credentialed </li><li> End Date: Ongoing - Six-month duration with the possibility of extension </li><li> Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM </li></ul> Clinical Details: <ul><li> Outpatient clinic </li><li> High elderly population with multiple comorbidities </li><li> Concentration on chronic disease management </li><li> EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation </li><li> Support Staff: RN Team leader and designated MA </li><li> 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule </li><li> Average 16-20 patients per day </li><li> Average 60 days per credentialing - could move quick, with a quick provider. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li> Board Certified <ul><li> Internal medicine preferred, family medicine acceptable </li></ul></li><li> Minimum of 2 years of work experience in outpatient primary care </li><li> NH license, NH locum license, IMLCC preferred <ul><li> Temp licenses are not accepted </li></ul></li></ul>
