_Other responsibilities/qualities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:_ + Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow management + Analyzes financial statements and completes budget tracking + Directs professional and technical staff to complete complex architectural and engineering projects + Performs work independently with periodic reporting to internal regional management + Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies + Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project team + Conducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvement + Oversees and develop technical approaches and cost estimates for proposals + Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication, both verbal and written skills + Superior communication, writing, editing, and reporting skills for a wide variety of audiences. + Valid Driver’s License Required **Preferred Qualifications** + Preferred 15+ years of experience managing Federal projects and programs + Graduate Degree in an Engineering or Architecture, field + Licensed PE or RA + Familiarity with DoD and Federal-Civilian agencies, installations, missions, criteria and cultures + Existing relationship with Federal clients in the Indo-Pacific Theatre + Experience with Design-Build delivery and partnering with General Contractors + Ability to work in Fast-paced environment and Coordinate with multiple stakeholders + Ability to communicate at a high level with senior leaders within AECOM and/or the client's organization and with junior staff members as a leader in the organization.
