<strong>Description:</strong><p><em>Hybrid 4 days on-site in Englewood, CO</em></p><p> </p><p>Our client seeks a Technical Writer to lead content development for an AI SDLC transformation. The role will design curricula, author workflow playbooks, and maintain prompt libraries and developer portal content to scale AI-enabled development practices. The writer will translate technical concepts into accessible training and self-service resources that improve adoption and reduce time-to-value for development teams. The work will align closely with a Developer Advocate and cross-functional stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p><em>Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.</em></p><p> </p><p>Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2</p><p> </p><p>#LI-JS1</p><br/><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum for AI-enabled workflows across foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels.</li><li>Create certification assessments, rubrics, just-in-time learning resources, and quick-reference guides.</li><li>Collaborate with the Developer Advocate on training delivery, feedback incorporation, and iteration.</li><li>Author and maintain workflow playbooks for AI-enabled SDLC activities including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and security review.</li><li>Document worked examples, edge cases, and best practices to guide adoption.</li><li>Create integration guides for IDE, GitLab, and chat-based entry points.</li><li>Develop FAQs and troubleshooting guides based on real-world issues and feedback.</li></ul><p><br/></p><br/><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong><ul><li>5+ years of technical writing experience in software development environments.</li><li>3+ years creating developer-focused documentation such as APIs, SDKs, and developer guides.</li><li>2+ years developing training curricula or instructional content.</li><li>Proven experience managing large documentation sets across multiple products or workflows.</li><li>Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with rapid iteration cycles.</li><li>Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><br/><strong>Education Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Certifications in technical communication such as STC or CPTC (preferred).</li></ul><br/><div><strong><em>Recruitment Transparency Notice</em></strong></div><div><strong><em> </em></strong></div><div><strong><em>Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Clinical Evaluation Medical Writer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical evaluation documents in compliance with the European Union Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR). Join us in Lafayette, CO, a vibrant location that offers a great quality of life with its beautiful landscapes and community-focused atmosphere. Must Have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including structured formatting, templates, track changes, and document control. In-depth understanding of EU MDR safety and performance requirements. Expertise in literature analysis for PSUR and client documents. Experience as a PSUR Medical Writer. Knowledge of Post Market Clinical Follow Up (PMCF) and Periodic Safety Update Report (PSUR) writing in compliance with EU MDR. Nice to Have: 10 years of project management experience and 5 years of program management experience. Responsibilities: Author and maintain Periodic Safety Update Reports and Post Market Clinical Follow Up Plans/Reports. Conduct comprehensive literature searches and perform critical evaluations of clinical evidence. Develop state-of-the-art documentation for product families and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities. Review and summarize scientific literature, and report complaints/adverse events to GCH. Create responses for audit/submission queries and maintain a database of peer-reviewed literature. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Education and Experience Required: Baccalaureate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or Public Health, ideally with training in Clinical Research or Regulatory Affairs. Minimum 3 years, maximum 10 years of relevant experience in PSUR and PMCF writing, clinical evaluation, or post-market surveillance. Work Location: On-site work is preferred in Lafayette, CO; however, remote work is acceptable depending on the candidate's profile and experience. Being local to Lafayette, Colorado, or the MN campus is advantageous but not required.
