Summary Healthcare Implementation Engineer Remote | Contract We re hiring Healthcare Implementation Engineers to support software implementations, integrations, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Must be in PST or MST time zone in the US What You ll Do <ul><li>Install, configure, and test healthcare applications and supporting systems</li><li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Windows, IIS, SQL, and Active Directory </li><li>Support production environments and customer implementations </li><li>Perform log analysis, system monitoring, and workflow configuration </li><li>Collaborate with project teams and provide customer-facing technical support</li><li>Lead issue resolution and ensure high-quality documentation</li></ul> Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) <ul><li>3+ years in Tier II/III technical or application support</li><li>Strong experience with Windows environment troubleshooting (Windows, IIS, SQL, ASP.NET, Active Directory)</li><li>Experience supporting software applications and end users</li><li>Ability to analyze logs and resolve complex technical issues</li><li>Strong communication skills (client-facing role)</li></ul><hr/> Preferred Skills <ul><li>SQL (Select, Update, Delete queries)</li><li>Network traffic analysis for performance troubleshooting</li><li>Experience with RIS, PACS, or Diagnostic Imaging systems</li><li>Knowledge of HL7 and/or DICOM</li></ul>
