Job Story

Ennovar is looking for a student assistant to help with PC building.

Job Summary

A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties

  1. Develop standard operating procedures ("SOPs") to enable WSU to assemble a customized PC using a 'just in time' ("JIT") inventory management strategy. COMPANY and WSU will work together to develop the SOPs.

  2. Develop an inventory management system to enable WSU to track individual components through their lifetime, including receipt of a component from a supplier, use of the component within an assembled PC, and shipment of the assembled PC to a customer.

  3. Assemble a customized PC based on a customer's desired hardware configuration and the corresponding bill of materials ("BOM").

  4. Run COMPANY provided tests or scripts to ensure correct configuration, stability, and performance of the assembled PC.

  5. Package and ship the assembled PC to customer.

Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position.

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.

Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
